I hope to caution, not all undervalued or fire sale projects are good purchases in terms of investments. In all investments, we will need to seriously look in not only the entry price, but also have a sound exit strategy. We must always be prudent in asking why are these undervalued units priced in such a way, study into the history of project and what are the potentials moving forward in terms of exit. Crafting out a sound investment plan involved meticulous planning from entry to exit, where a project bought at a high price which can be sold at a lower profit margin easily can be considered a better investment option than a project where you can buy in low but face problem liquidating.
