Dear landlord,

Typical 3 bedrooms unit in Sengkang can command for $2400 - $3000, very much depends if yours a 4rm or 5rm HDB. Secondary concerns will be what Kelvin has mentioned, if you are offering full furnishing options and the conditions of your property. Interior design may help but as it is temporary accomodation of 1 to 2 years we are talking about, as long as the house is clean and well kept, the difference is not significant.

By any chance, if you are a SPR landlord, you may wish to take note that there is new HDB regulation for SPR HDB owners for subletting their unit. In addition, you must also have met your Minimum Occupation Period or have conditional approval to sublet your property.

    Hi thanks for the informative reply

    The 3 rm flat i mention is hdb 3room flat,not with 3 bed room.My flat is the 3A modify model with a 83m area compared to those 63m typical 3rm flat.

    However i had knock away 1 bed room,so its now left with 1 really big bed room.

    Decor is not bad i spend quite a bit on reno that comes with huge walk in wardrobe, full sleek modern funiture and aircon for whole hse,bath tub ect...

    Is such unit popular in the market as it serve more for an professional couples with no kids.

    Can i at least get a 2k rental on monthly basis?
