How to proceed after passing the RES exam? I am a fresh graduate student from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, studying Real Estate Business. I have the academic qualifications to obtain a license straight away. So how do I go about practicing this license? Is it a need to register under an agency?

Yes, with the relevant real estate qualification, you can straight away sign up with a real estate agency which will apply and register your CEA license for you.
