I have been concluding good number of rental transactions over the past 10 years in this business, where the residential market form a small part of my core business.
In real estate business, it is always important to understand the basic cycle of the market and evolve from there as the fundamental of this business has not changed, but rather, with evolution of the IT sector, the education background of the consumers, methodologies have changed with alot of leverage on IT and social media, while the mature market are still very much reliant on traditional media platforms like newspaper and flyers.
Costs involved in prospecting and marketing cannot be avoided in our business, but if you are able to manage it well, the cost versus returns ratio can be improved tremendously.
If you are already a practising salesperson, your existing manager should be able to guide you through to grow this business. Don't fall victim to groups or teams who are only interested in boosting numbers. Listen, review and decide on how you should proceed further in this business.
I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 10years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.
I am very active in the residential segment of Singapore real estate market, having transacted hundreds of deals from HDBs to private condominiums and landed properties in Singapore, and have handled many unique cases in sales and purchases as well as rental deals.
Over the years, I have also established a network reaching out to more than 8,500 expatriates, bringing my market presence to both in and outside of Singapore. This has created an additional exposure when I manage my clients’ portfolios, on top of the conventional on and offline platforms, where other estate agents are relying on. This has allowed me to consistently convert leads into results.
