I am a consumer and frequently check units available on PROPERTYGURU and its currency useful. There were a few hits and misses but eventually I purchased 2 properties over the last 20 mths; one at Central Grove and the other at Neptune Court.
Thank you Property Guru for maintaining such a wide advertising network which I find it comparable, if not better,over the local broadsheets.
