I am a divorcee. I used my first HDB concessionary loan on a flat and have since sold it after getting a divorce. Now I am looking for a HDB resale flat with my fiancée who has not bought any properties. Our combine income is less than 8k.

Qn 1) Can both my fiancée and I use a HDB loan for a flat?

Qn 2) I've made a 100k profit (my share) when I sold off my previous flat. Will I need to use some of it for my second loan with HDB?

Qn 3) in regards to qn 2; Will a bank loan be a better option since I do not want to use the cash that I've gotten from my previous sale for the new purchase?

Qn 4) I have used up the grant for first timers but my fiancée has not. Could she use it for the flat that we planned to purchase?

Qn 5) I have not used the grant for buying a flat within my parent's. Will the grant be still available for me to use for this second flat?
