I am a first-time buyer and want to buy a 1 bedder condo for investment. Where is the best area and price psf? How much minimum should I have to venture into this investment? Is this a best time to buy or is the property market good for buyers next year?

Dear sir/madam,

There is no best area or price psf for investment. It will greatly depend on how much do you plan to put into this investment and work on it. Are you aware that effective today, you are subjected to ABSD for any purchase if you fall into the various categories?
