Good morning,
ABSD will be based on the residency status of the owner that will be taking over the ownership of the outgoing party.
If you are taking over, it will be 5%.
For instance, 50% ownership x valuation of property x 5% ABSD.
Other expenses will be:
1) legal fees for two lawyers
2) buyer's stamp duty
3) seller's stamp duty if applicable
