I am currently holding a full-time job and attending a RES course to prepare for the June RES exams.
Any agents here successfully started as part-time and transitioned to full time?
I am hoping to find someone with a similar situation to get some guidance.

Oh, in this industry, starting part-time then turning full time is too common. In my team, I have a handful of them too.
On the side note, we conduct RES study group, via zoom, for every RES exams, including the upcoming Feb RES exams. You can repeat again when our schedule for June RES exams study group is on schedule.
