i am looking a 3 room flat now at jurong west or marsiling area,but i found out that most of the flat there is more than 20 or even 30 years. because i am a PR,mybe i stay 10 years then plan to sell the flat , but that time the flat already age 40 yrs, i heard ppl say it will hard to be sell out because of hard to get loan from bank. Can any guru here help to clear my doubt ? thks
