With the CPF and cash amount adding up, we are looking at a downpayment of $390k and assuming this will constitute the 20% downpayment, we are speaking about a purchasing quantum of $1.9m downwards. Most important issue will be the loan eligibility based on both your income level should your mum be also chipping in the instalments. Without understanding more about your loan eligibility amount, we won't be able to advise a suitable purchase.
