I currently live in a executive apartment in Sembawang (which I purchase in 2000). I'm thinking of selling this unit and moving to a condo in the North with at least 3 rooms + 1 study. Is it feasable to plan to get one (either freehold or 999 years) with a budget of $750K?

It has never been a good time like now or this year to upgrade. Your direction is right. Upgrade to a private condo.
