I am newly arrived in singapore on EP.I am looking for 2 bedroom house in which owner is staying in master bedroom.Can i get this type of house?? if so wht will be the rent ??

Hi Arun,

Are you looking at Private or HDB?
If is HDB, I do have Master Bedroom and Common Bedroom available. Is near to Yishun MRT/Shopping Centre. Very convenient. The landlord is a Indian single guy.

Master room is $850 and Common room is $550. Bed and wireless are available.

yaa,i m looking for HDB.wht will be the rent for whole house ?? also i can prefer whole house with master bedroom accomodated by single owner itself.
