You will need to prepare minimum 2 months worth of rent (1 month deposit and 1 month advance rent). On top of that, stamp fees will also be applicable (0.4% of the total rent payable in the contract signed). Agent's fees will also be applicable at 0.5month rent for every 12 months lease signed and 7% GST is applicable on this amount.
