I am selling my flat to open market as I have recently purchase my EC which will be TOP soon end 2016.
I understand that at the point when i signed the undertaking to dispose my current HDB within 06 months upon TOP of the EC.
If situation where my agent has been pushing hard to sell the flat but the market is very very slow, my old HDB cannot be dispose at 06 months.
I have to appeal to extend the period which I know HDB only give up to 12 months extension.
Given this scenario.
I was told by one HDB officer that they can choose to dispose either my HDB or EC???
But I already paid my EC 20% and start to roll in mortgage loan by the bank.
How is this possible done ?
