I will love to assist both of you with your property purchase.

When you exercise the option to buy the property, you can instruct the law firm to set the CPF OA funds payable from your partner's account and if it's insufficient to cover the mortgage, the top up will be from the savings account in cash.

And thereafter you can simply log into CPF website to change the monthly CPF deductible amount as well.
