As many of my fellow colleagues have mentioned, you can choose to liaise directly with the seller's agent but do take note that as a private property buyer, normally you don't have to bear any commission to your representative.

Thus why not engage a real estate salesperson and let him make your purchase process a smooth sailing one from viewing arrangement, price negotiation, paperwork etc.
