I and my husband own a HDB flat. We are both Singapore PR. We have been living in the HDB for more than 5 years. We recently have bought a condo. My question is can I stay in the condo and rent out our hdb flat?

Morning DK,

Under the HDB regulation, after you have reached the Minimum Occupation Period of your HDB unit, you are allowed to rent out your whole unit. However, you will be require to obtain permit from HDB for leasing.
