Following are the fee you need to incur upon selling your condo:
1. Bank penalty (1.5% of outstanding)
- might be less dependings on your bank loan package.
2. Agent comm. - 1% ~ 2% (flexible, to be discussed)
3. Valuation Fee - $500
4. Legal Fee - between $2K to $2.5K
5. Bank Charges
Upon completion of sale, the amount you have drawn from your CPF will be returned to your CPF account cum interest. The net profit will be to you via cashier order.
