I bought a HDB resale flat with my bf under the fiancé/fiancée scheme. The completion date was 3 days ago on 8 Nov. I am having second thoughts to marry him. What will HDB do if they found out that we are not married 3 months later? Please help, I am eager to know my options, thank you.

Hi,

If for whatever reason that you can’t produce the marriage cert after 3 months, you could still appeal and ask to surrender a copy of the marriage cert on a later date.
