I currently own a 5 room HDB with outstanding loan of 90,000.00.
I would like to buy a private property in the east for around 880,000.00 and use the rental to help pay off the part of monthly installment. Me and my wife annual income is 122,000.00.
Am I be able to secure loan of 800,000.00?
