I currently own a HDB flat with my dad and there is no outstanding loan. I plan to purchase another private condo, without selling the HDB flat.

I understand that I need to set aside 77.5K in OA and SA before I can use the excess for the condo purchase. I have about 115k in my OA and 80k in my SA.

Does this mean that I can use the full 115k in my OA for my condo purchase?

Yes you are right, you can use all your $115k in CPF OA because your SA has fulfilled the minimum sum.

Btw is one of you a Singaporean? You must be in order to hold on to your HDB and purchase a private property.

Do take note as well that you will be subject to additional buyer's stamp duty of 7%$ as a Singaporean.

One of you must be a citizen and have met MOP of 5 years before you can purchase condo and keep both hdb and condo. And yes, your SA has fulfilled the minimum sum requirements. Pls take note you will be liable for 7% ABSD.
