I am a single Singaporean who is above 35 years old. I am thinking of buying a resale HDB flat. I want to know if after I buy the HBD flat, must I finish the 5 years MOP BEFORE I can buy a condo?

Or can I buy a condo after just 1 or 2 years after I buy the HDB and then rent out my condo? Thanks for your help Gurus!

Yes, you must finish the 5 yrs MOP before you are allowed to buy a private condo.
