I currently own an office Space in the Pandan Loop area. Am considering finding another tenant to share the office space. We have enough space for 14 cubicles (fully furnished) and would at the moment only need 2 at most. That leaves 12 cubicles unoccupied.

Any property agent who is experienced in finding a co-tenant can give advise on how do I go about doing it? and what the rental price should be like?

Hi Winnie,

Are you able to take a picture of the place and send it to me for assessment? Do also indicate if there is any common facilities like meeting room, reception and how do you intend to go about sharing these facilities for example utilities as well as pantry supplies and etc.

You may want to convert it into a serviced office concept type of office space and rent out based on table space?
