Usually, transfer takes 4 to 6 weeks, but due to the massive year end renewal for 25,000+++ agents, I have a feeling it may take longer if you do it now. You can practice while the transfer is taking place, you only need to quit your current agency once approval is given.

On Day 1, I tell my agents that they are independent business owner. They decide the scale of their business and I'll support them.

I do not set targets for my agents. I guide them to set their own personal quarterly target and coach them to achieve their target. No scolding, no whip, no pressure.

Also, for real estate business, it is not effective to set monthly target. Why stress yourself that way. Give me a call and I'll share with you how some of our colleagues are mother of 4 and yet are top rookie and producers in 2010.

You do not need to sacrifice your family lives for the business. When you balance them well, you can prosper in all areas and be a happier person. Happy people are the best producers.
