Heard that the Marine Parade MRT station is planned for, but this sure will take some years to construct.
Price of property will appreciate over time with the better support of infrastructure around it.
To sell or not to sell NOW? hmm... a million dollar question. Frankly, it all depends on individual financial plan at the time of planning to sell. Price of private property has risen quite a fair value already actually...

It really depends on individual. Perhaps you can speak to more like-minds or more people to gather more feedback.

Some food for thoughts.
- if you are staying at the place, after you sold the place, do you have a place to stay or do you need to find a new place to stay?
- If current place is tenanted, does the monthly rental able to give you a little passive income on top of covering your monthly loans, maintence fees, etc.
- Are you upgrading to a bigger unit or relocating? if yes, when do you need to move?
- Is this 2bedroom unit near parkway parade an asset or a liability to you now?
- what do you hope to achieve from selling or renting out this unit?

Hi Shirley

It really depend. Currently, r u staying there or rented out for investment already? If you are staying there, do you need to buy another property if you intend to sell? Timing must be coordinate well.

On the other hand, Selling with tenancy definitely will fetch a higher price than the current market price if you have rented out already.

In additional, Financial planning is really crucial. Selling at the right time now will definitely earn alot due to the current market sentiment but there are other factors to consider too.
