I have a 3 bedroom condo in D19. The condition is average and it is of high floor. The valuation is $1.05m and there is an offer close to 1m which is below our expectation. Are the prices in the property mkt dropping or somehow stabilise? I'm not in a rush to sell but wonder if the price for property will drop if I hold. I contemplating to whether to sell and I would need some advice. Thanks.
