May I know what is the current selling price for a City Square 2 bedroom (861sqft above)? Do you think the price will drop significantly in the next 6 months despite the fact the unit quantity is low compared to 3 bedroom? I was offered high floor (above #25), at $851psf. Is this a good buy?

$840-$880 PSF UNIT for 2 bedroom those are face 1 units. Others unit which facing SEA n northeast direction are looking more then $940-$1050 PSF. So far no owner are willing to let it go lower then $780K for face2 units Read More
