I have a corner terrace for sales , i want to know if this property is left for us from our granny but we are joint owners , each of us have at least 3 property already , how much seller expenses to pay ?

I think you might be confused about the regulations.

Additional buyer's stamp duty will be based on the residential property you own in Singapore. That will be applicable for buyers.

As for sellers, usually you will incur commission and legal fees.

Seller's stamp duty will be applicable if you dispose off the property during certain ownership period.

Transfer pursuant to inheritance will be date of original purchase by the deceased.

The expenses you will likely incur in the event of a Sale, would be the commission you paid out, plus the legal conveyancing fees. There should not be any Seller Stamp Duty (SSD) in this situation.

There should be no seller's stamp duty applicable in your case since it is an inherited property. Should you decide to engage the services of a salesperson to market your property for sale, there will be commission applicable at 2% of the selling price where GST will be applicable on this 2%. On top of that, conveyancing fees by the law firm to act for you in the sale of property.

It is also important to determine the documentation aspects as there are 3 joint owners and whether all 3 of you will be required to sign off on the documents involved.
