Dear landlord, Can I confirm that it is a 4A HDB which you intend to lock up 1 room with your own belongings and rent out as a whole unit with the Master Bedroom and 1 Common Bedroom? Judging from your description, you have included furnishings on the higher end which may appeal to tenants but do you have any tenants profile restrictions? Realistically, a 2 bedrooms condo with facilities in your location would be looking to rent out at about $3000 a month currently and units could still be empty, therefore a realistic price of your property should be in the range of $2500, and it will not be easy to rent the apartment out with these high end furnishings where tenants may feel intimidated to upkeep the unit. Lastly, is yours a approved unit for rent since you have the intention to lock up 1 room which can potentially earn you additional $500/month.
