I have a residential apartment under a friend and my name. This apartment has been tenanted with positive returns. I am considering transferring this property to a property of a company (to be setup) whose directors are my friend and myself.

Q1. Does this make sense? The objective is to have a company that collects rent as revenue and thus able to get further loans from banks in future to purchase another property for rental out.

Q2. If this makes sense, what kind of lawyer shall i consult?
