I have already fully pay my hdb. Can I buy condo? When I can agent, they say no problem. But other people told me that after the new condo TOP, u must sell the hdb? Does it meant that I can't own both?

Morning Lingling,

Having your HDB fully paid doesn't render the opportunity to purchase private property. Depending on when your HDB was purchased, fulfilling the MOP would be the key point. After which you are eligible to purchase private property and keep both. Do know that you will be subjected to Additional Buyer Stamp Duty if you are PR, buying second property.
