I have loan from HDB for a 3 rm flat before just sold recently. I would like to get a 3rm flat again. can i get loan again from HDB?

Hi Carol,

Each citizen is only allowed to get max 2 hdb loans.

You may consider bank loan if you already taken 2 hdb loans.

Afternoon Carol,

Being SC, you are eligible for HDB loan twice. Do note that your income ceiling will be one of the requirements. You are also required to use 50% of the cash profit from your previous sales into your new purchase unit before you can utilize CPF and loan on the balance.
