I have purchased a private apartment in Apr 2014.It was in joint tenancy with another family member.The other family member now wants to transfer her share to me.What is the procedure and does such change involves stamp duty also

Hi Rekha, yes there be cost of stamp duty and legal fee as well. Just need to consult any lawyer and all your questions will be answered.
