I have this property, Imperial Height, 2 bedroom,located at 16 Ipoh Lane planning to rent it out. Anyone have any idea how much can the monthly rental fetch?

The current market price for 2 bedrooms units around that your area is about $3000-$3500(depending on whether you provide furnishing/number of years' lease the tenant is taking).I am currently marketing a few units at Tanjung Katong that side,I can help you secure a tenant for your unit too.Please contact me for further discussion.Thanks
