Dear sir/madam,
What is the reason behind the change of salesperson for the different property transactions over the years? Why not stick to one if they have achieved what you have set out for initially? Has it been a case of hi and bye for most of these salesperson who have not been following up to assist your real estate needs throughout even if it means purely advising with no transactions (commissions I mean). I have build up good relationship with my past clients which we are still in touch over the years where they have allowed me to serve on their properties be it rental or sales and purchases, and have even referred their friends and relatives to me.
I believe a good salesperson is not only about being a top producer to a client but rather the ability to personalise their services towards individual clients, taking care of their needs in a long term.
