1) You may find an agent in this platform as your agent representing your interest.
2) Because there is a conflict of interest when an agent representing both seller and buyer at the same time. Thus CEA does not allow such practice to continue.
3) For buyer HDB flat, buyer agent will charge a market rate of 1% + GST or more dependent on individual agent practice.
