what is stamp and conveyancing fee all abt and also there is another 5% additional cash on valuation that my agent stated in a document for me , must i signs and plus his commission (0.5% of resale price) + GST ? I am quite confused as he claims if i sell my house around 430 -450K the agent fee and lawyer fee will summed up to ($4200+$2500+ 5% resale price + GST + Agent 1.6% ?????????? HOW MUCH CAN any EXPERTS pls kindly speak and Advise
