I intend to sell my Grd floor mainsonette ( 1700sqft) @ Bt Gombak. Few mins walk to Bt Gombak MRT , numerous sec & primary schools, 3 entrances to 3 diff carparks & many more amneties eg food / coffeeshop / wet market etc. My unit is not blocked by any blocks nor carparks ( front or back ). I bought the hse in Dec 2004. Recently, I saw a selling ads for a similar unit @ ShunFu selling @ $1.3m. Any agents willing to sell my unit for the best selling price? Any rough estimated selling price for my "very rare" unit?

Afternoon John,

The current estimated valuation for your unit is around $550k to $575k. To ask at $1.3m, for a unit in Bukit Gombak, compared to Shunfu, I doubt not salesperson or buyer would be seriously interested.
Do try to compare apple with apple, to get the realistic pricing.
