I'm getting ready to put up my 5-rm HDB flat for sale. The property agent that I'd informally appointed to sell my flat has been rather laid back and at times, unresponsive.
I'm thinking that it might be more beneficial for me to "open" the sales listing to suitably qualified agents. Do you think that would be advantageous?
