I just sold my EM and looking for FH Condo in the East since Nov this year with min 3 rooms, 1500sqf. I saw a few, even Penthouse 3200sqf, asking $650 to $1000 psf in Ris Grandeur but felt its still on a high side. My completion is end Feb 2012 and intended to rent a condo @$3800/ month for next 1 year and expect the property to drop between 15-20%. Need your professional advise
