Hi,

1) You will be asked to submit a GIRO form for the monthly installment payment by cash on the completion appointment.
2) The amount for the monthly CPF deduction is already determined by then as well.
3) So any new CPF contribution from your additional job will not be touched and shall be saved in your OA unless you change yourself.

Hi,

You can choose to adjust the amount to be deducted from CPF OA monthly for your monthly housing repayment, it can be done online at CPF website also after your completion. The balance shortfall of the monthly mortgage (if any), hdb will require you to provide GIRO arrangements or require monthly fund transfer.
