I do understand that you maybe thinking of such arrangement to save some costs in agent fees and you have recognised the outreach of PropertyGuru with this suggestion you make. As most ads respondents these days enquire through SMS/Whatsapp which will be linked to the agent's contact directly.

I believe other paid platforms could be better for you.
