Hi,

Yes for SC/SC first timers if you do not own any other residential property before, you will be eligible to first timer grants of up to $80k if getting a 4-room size or below. However they have not clarify how much grant amount exactly a SC/SPR first timer will enjoy with the new policies.

You will be eligible min $30k housing grant for 5rm and $40k for 4rm as first timer. Budget didnt touch on will SC+SPR couple be able to enjoy more housing grant.

You wont be eligible for enhanced housing grant as your combined income exceeded $9k.

If you choose to stay near or within 4km from either parents, you will be eligible to enjoy another $20k proximity grant.

Have anyone work out your numbers yet? Have you apply for HLE or IPA?
