Hi Mr. Lim,

Due to recent housing policies, you will have to wait out 15 months after selling your private property before you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB. There will also not be first timer grants as you own a private property within the last 30 months of the resale HDB purchase.

Sorry to inform you that you have to observe 15 months waiting period before you are eligible to buy a resale HDB with your girlfriend.

You need to observe 30 months waiting period in order to be eligible for CPF housing grants.

Do you guys have a place to stay at the moment?

Unfortunately you will not be eligible to purchase any HDB at this moment as you will be required to wait out 15 months after selling your condo. If you are intending to apply for 1st timer grant, you will then have to wait for another 15 months period in order to be eligible.
