Hi,

1) If your mom bought this 3-room flat without grants before 30 Aug 2010.
2) You are allowed to keep your private condo, inherit, and keep the 3-room HDB flat.
3) The condition given by the HDB is you must physically occupy this flat until you fulfill a fresh 5-year MOP.
4) You may rent out or sell in the open market upon fulfillment of the MOP.
