I receive an email replied by this owner. He is currently working overseas and he mentioned he will get agent to settle this for him. Is it possible for him to do so when he is not in Singapore? Adding in, how can the contract be legal without his signature? And any precautions i shall take? Please advise me. Thank you!

Afternoon Camilee,

By getting the lawyer to draft out Power of Attorney, the seller can sell the unit without being present. However, do note that they are still some documents where the seller must sign personally, as it's not covered within the duties of the attorney.
