I understand there is demand for SOHO units and as such wish to apply for SOHO status for my 1 bedder at the Optima. May I know the procedure to apply as well as the requirements expected of me eg. is there a need for me to renovate my apartment to provide an office environment ? is there a fee for a licence ?

there are rules governing residential and commercial office space purpose. when it is resdiential, then is will serve this purpose.
