Hi,

The average PSF for the 5 transactions in October is $1190 psf.

I don't think there will be any difference between purchasing now or in Jan/Feb 2010. Just a few months difference would not make much a difference.

Tessarina is definitely a good place for living. With the new mrt coming up, prices would most likely go up.
