i would like to buy a terrace, i check from inlis that there are 4 owners, tenancy in common in unequal shares. Out of the 4, 1 of them actually pass away. Why is his name still inside? According to the other owners, his shares are actually given 1/2 to the wife who is 1 of the owners and 1/2 the shares to his daughter who is a minor at that time. Now she is 25 yrs old. so who are the owners, the existing living 3? or the 3 + daughter? Where to verify? Is there any complications? Does the option has to include the daughter's name?
